The quickest way to create a lab is to use an already configured lab. To save time on a lab creation, you can copy and edit an existent lab.

To copy a lab:

  1. Log in to your SIT Alemira Virtual Lab account.
  2. Click Labs.
  3. Select the lab to copy, click the context menu symbol and click Duplicate.

The copied lab will be added on the Draft tab with the name in the following format: <original_lab_name> copy.

Now you can edit the copied lab.

(!) Currently labs are copied with the description and life-cycle actions configured, the virtual machines assigned to the lab and lab step acceptance criteria are not copied.

After you have copied a lab, you need to assign to it a VM and add acceptance criteria to the lab steps.
