Changing the set of courses in a program

If you want to change the set of courses included in a program (to include more or delete some courses), you need to do it in a specific two-step way:



  1. Log in to the Discovery Service Administration panel.

  2. Open Course metadata > Programs (you can find the menu at https://{tenant}.discovery.alemira.com/admin/course_metadata/program/).

  3. In the programs list, click the ID of the program for the edit mode.

  4. Scroll down to the Courses list.

  5. Start typing the course name to search for more courses to add. Or click the cross sign X at the beginning of a course name to delete it.

  6. Click Save and continue editing. The course will be added to or deleted from Courses, but the Selected course runs list will remain unchanged. The added course will be unchecked and the deleted course will remain checked.


  7. Scroll down to Selected course runs and check the boxes next to the added courses (or clear the boxes for the deleted courses).

  8. Click Save. Now the newly added course is included in the program. You can check it in the Included course run and Excluded course run fields.
