If a program has not been attached to an Enterprise Customer (see Creating a program for the details), the program will appear in SIT Alemira Open edX LMS within 60 minutes. This is the period of running the cache_programs job.
If the program has been attached to the Enterprise Customer, it appears in SIT Alemira Open edX LMS for the given Enterprise Customer instantly.
