Making a course visible

Introduction

By default, the visibility of a newly added course is disabled (set to “none”) to avoid displaying an incomplete course in the catalog.

After you have configured your course, you need to set up its visibility to make it available to students.

How-to

To make a course visible to students:

1. Log in to SIT Alemira Studio.


2. Navigate to your course.


3. Open Settings > Advanced Settings.


4. Scroll down to Course Visibility In Catalog and set the value to “both”.

The course will be displayed in the catalog and Discover New section.

(!) Courses that require a completion of another course as a prerequisite are also unavailable to students until they complete the required course.
