Configuring Gradebook

Introduction

You can set the grading scale and range, a deadline grace period, and the assignment types for the Gradebook.

How-to

1. Log in to SIT Alemira Studio.
2. Navigate to your course.
3. Click Settings > Grading.
4. Configure the grading:
   • Grade Range — click the + sign to increase the grading granularity. Hover over existing granular range and click Delete to decrease the granularity and remove the range. You can also slide the grading bar with your mouse/touchpad.
   • Grace Period — set the grace period after the deadline during which the assignment will still be accepted. Set the period in hours:minutes.
   • Assignment Types — see Configuring Assignment Types for Gradebook. The total weight of your Assignment Types must add up to 100.
